Hello all of you. If any of you want to tell us what you are doing today, go for it. 

For me, I just got back to my home yesterday. I did an awesome trip to Maine, for a weeklong yoga class. This was amazing for all the people that attended the yoga class, for sure! It was for everybody who has had a brain injury in their lives. The event was on a beautiful lake, where we did all our classes. For me, I did some awesome walks with my beautiful wife.  On three different days Elise and I walked up a longer hill to a large boulder. It was strenuous but good and it was cool because I was able to walk next to it and take a picture. It was a challenge to do but awesome. Elise and I stayed in a cabin with one couple from Philadelphia. One woman was from Roanoke. I met a lot of people who have now become great friends with me and my wife. They live in a lot of different states. I was impressed when I heard the instructors of the yoga classes all had brain injuries as well. I appreciated learning that they had gone through brain injury like me. They were awesome at everything.  In the morning we got up and had breakfast. The weather was rainy the first day, but sunny the rest of the days. Most days we did yoga. The leaders shared their experiences, and they made groups to attend on different subjects. You could see the list of topics you wanted to join. It was very helpful to have different groups to discuss the topic.   For me, I chose the topic of feeling lonely. This topic was a bit of a challenge for everybody who chose this, for sure. But it was awesome to hear about their experiences with this issue. I respected everybody and I am so blessed and happy to have new friends with me, forever!
