Hello everyone and good morning to all of you. I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving Day.  My family just drove back home from a road trip to a Christmas tree farm called “Christmas Creek”. The farm is about 41 minutes away from our house. Our whole family went there together. It has been maybe five years since we went to this tree farm.  The last few years, we have been going to a close tree farm called “Hunter Tree Farm Lot”.  Every year, we love to get a live tree and decorate it with ornaments that we have acquired over many years.

In addition to our Christmas tree, we bought a “mistle toe” which we will hang in the front entrance into our house! Today, Elise and I opened each of our nutcracker boxes, and we are displaying each of the nutcrackers around the first floor of the house as part of the Christmas holiday. One of our favorite nutcrackers is the one that we got in Hawaii at Christmas time. It looks like Santa holding a surfboard and a guitar. Last year, I gave Elise a nutcracker that looks like a cowboy that is holding a fly fishing rod.
