Hello all of you & good morning! Last week on Saint Patrick’s Day, Elise & I went to the Edgeworks Climbing Gym that is in Ballard. We went there because I am getting the opportunity to participate in an Adaptive Climbing Night, which is a fantastic way to get back into climbing indoor walls. I have already done this climbing exercise on February 17th & March 17th. I definitely plan on doing this again in April, and I am excited at how challenging it is to accomplish it. It is great that the climb requires the selection of the same color of rock wall climbing holds that goes up the wall. The climb also gives me the need to decide if I am going to emphasis using my arms or my legs to climb effectively.
Historically, my two favorite climbs that I am most proud of are the climbing and summiting of Mt. Rainier and certainly my successful climbing and summiting of Mt. Denali. My two recent indoor rock-climbing classes have been fun, for sure!
