Hello everyone and very good afternoon! We are already on February 25th, and I am sorry that you have not heard from since January 28th. There is no reason that I did that long of a distance if the number of days, so I would only say that I unfortunately lost focus on staying in touch with all of you on a more regular basis. Going forward, I am going to stay in better touch with you on a more regular basis, for sure!
This month has been fantastic, starting with the fact that the 12s’s Seattle Seahawks won this year’s Super Bowl, which is a fantastic accomplishment of being successful on a very tough challenge to succeed in doing it. Beyond this great event, three great friends of ours had their birthdays taking place in the first half of the month. Two of them are Craig & Tara, a couple who both had their birthdays in February, and Craig is one of my two best friends that I have from my time of going to the UW for MBA. The third person is Chris, whom is a phenomenal vertical therapist who helps me on two different days of the week. Unlike my last update to all of you, I now have my separate meetings weekly with Chris and Kate now shifted back to having them on two days in each week. The old structure is much better at bringing back to more consistent focused exercises. More importantly, both Chris and Kate are now consistently communicating with each other all the time to focus on certain activities which will be the best for me to perform in that week.
Okay, I only have two more topics to discuss. One thing that I will mention is the fact that I absolutely love to see all the hummingbirds that stop by our house to visit our hummingbird’s feeder that is stored very close to a window in our dining room. What is interesting is that we usually only get the female hummingbirds visiting us, but ever so often we will have a male hummingbird visiting us as well. The second item that I want to mention is again on the topic of birthdays. I just what to mention that my sister Sabrina’s birthday is going to happen this coming Friday. She is my only sibling, and it is so fantastic that she is turning 60 years old on her birthday this Friday, February 27th! I am blessed to have Sabrina as my sister and on the topic of birth places, we were both born in San Juan, Puerto Rico!
