Hello & very good afternoon each of you! After a little bit more than three weeks ago since my last update, I have had two items to talk about, both of which happened yesterday.  The first one was athletic related and involved my activity of running on our indoor Treadmill. It is fantastic that our SOLE Fitness Treadmill is equipped with the ability for the user to adjust the speed and the incline features desired. On my run yesterday, the highest speed that I selected was 24, which is the highest rate that I have so far achieved for a run!  I also varied my incline rate between1and 3, which is not a lot of change, but this feature can be adjusted up to 15, but it is a great way to make me perform a hilly run.  The reason that I am telling all of you this information is because I was able to achieve the best run that I yet done on our indoor Treadmill.  I was to run a total 3-mile-long run, that is obviously not like running a long run done outside, but it is an accomplishment that I am proud of achieving!

The second item that occurred yesterday was not at all a physical activity other than it was related to my braces. Given the shape, and the physical connection to each other, of my teeth that are located on my lower-based teeth, I decided to get a tooth completely removed!  This tooth that was removed used to be located in the exact middle area of my lower teeth. This tooth removal is going to be interesting, and a bit funny, for me to look at that area of my mouth until my remaining lower teeth start to connect better with each other, for sure!
