November 8th 2023

Hello and good morning, everybody. I just wanted to update you all about yesterday. I had a great meeting with Marie and a great meeting with Dr. Parker, who is my new therapist. What is kind of funny, is that Janet and I didn’t have enough time to go to Filson, so we will try to do that tomorrow since Janet is helping me as a care giver from 8am to 5pm on Thursdays. And FYI, I have known Janet for two and half years.

Today I will have a great meeting with Krista at 9:30am. Krista is an awesome “speech and language therapist”.  Krista also helped me launch my new website which is called ‘’www.jonathannoregrets.com”!

As you all know, I am blessed and so happy to have the people that are in my life helping me to get healthier and feel better doing a lot of things, for sure.

As I really like to do, if anyone else of you would like to tell all of us about what you are planning to do today, or the things that you that are hoping will happen today, go for it.

Hi Jonathan–you have a great team around you and you are making progress every day. It’s fantastic! Craig and I went to see “Killers of the Flower Moon” last night. Wow–it was very well done but so tragic and terrible. I can’t stop thinking about it. I took the dogs out for a mid-afternoon walk in the sun and admired all of the fall leaves. We are lucky to live in such a beautiful place, aren’t we? Did you visit Filson today? Hope you and Elise and Ella and Genet have a great week!

  2. I’m so glad to hear you have such a great team supporting you! The leaves are falling like rain here in North Carolina – you can barely see our grass from all the leaves! So I think my husband Kevin will spend part of the weekend with the leaf blower. Our dog loves running through them (as long as they are not too wet from rain or the morning dew). Hope you have a great day!

  3. Hey love, well I am so excited that you enjoyed your time with Dr. Parker and I am so proud of all the progress you have been making. I know you won’t brag but you have made leaps and bounds after our trip to Maine. It was so inspiring!!! Love you!!!

What I also know is how blessed your care givers are to have you. Your positive attitude and work ethic along with the results you have gained I am sure make them feel proud to know that they are having an impact on your life. Keep it up.
