Hello everyone and good morning to all of you. First, I will briefly give all of you an update on what I did over the last two weeks.
Elise and me, and all three of our daughters went to a Christmas tree farm which we have not been to in quite a bit of years…! And several days later, Elise and I, and two of our three daughters who still live really close to us, we all put up our Christmas tree that our family has for this year.! And a few days after that, the four of us put up our awesome ornaments that we have on our Christmas tree 🎄every year.
Yesterday, I did two things that I haven’t done in quite a long time. The first one is something that I have not done since the new website was launched, I wrote on my “Memory Journal”, versus just typing it on my computer, which is what I am doing right now…! The second one is something that I have not done in the last six months, I drew a picture of a Christmas tree, which I did for a Christmas gift that I will be sending to my mom, Lulu, and this picture will be part of her complete gift which is from Elise and me…!
Regarding art, I have always loved to paint. In my opinion and my beautiful wife Elise’s opinion, I have done some great paintings which are painted with oils. And on this topic of art paintings, years ago when I was still in high school in Cincinnati, Ohio…! I had a man who was the art teacher at “Elder high school”, and he was phenomenal at teaching all his students, and he was fantastic at helping me to explore art painting, for sure…!
Regarding drawing and painting, I have always loved to draw. For example, I drew a picture of my grandfather when he was young, and we have this drawing hanging in our living room, which I love to see every day, for sure…!
Thank you everybody, for the opportunity to tell you all some of my story about the two activities that I love to do, that I have not done for a long time until recently. And regarding some of the paintings that I have done, I will write shortly about them right now. One of them is a painted sailboat from Maine in 1998, that is hanging in our basement downstairs. And before my bicycle wreck, I painted a painting of two tugboats that are tied up near us in Seattle, Washinton…!
