Hello everybody & good morning! Last week was a key week because our two daughters, Aden & Causey, both had their birthdays! Last Monday, Elise & I went to Zoo Tunes to see a concert played by Wilco. It was awesome to see several of friends, & it certainly was amazing how many people had attended the concert, making it a good challenge to find places to sit on the grass, for sure! On Friday we went to Aqua Verde Café, the fabulous Mexican food restaurant on Portage Bay. After lunch we walked down the new Fritz Hedges Waterway Park. On Saturday, Elise & I went downtown to the REI store to purchase my surprise gift of a camping chair for her to use for outdoor activities. I saw this type of chair at the concert, by two women that were sitting right in front of us. I like this type of chair because it is one that can be worn as backpack. It will be great to use it for things like tennis, which I will do with my new similar chair. On Monday, Elise & I went to Green Lake & walked approximately 2 miles around a portion of the lake!

We all of love summer, but it is a time to transition into the fall!
